We’re your sober curious guides and former corporate girlies who saw firsthand how alcohol can block real connection, creativity, and authenticity in work and in life. We met in grad school over a decade ago, bonding over our love for growth and transformation, and we’ve been close ever since.
We believe less booze means more room to be fully alive. Challenging the status quo and guiding curious humans and modern workplaces toward more clarity, creativity, and connection is our jam.
